Manage incident templates

You can create a new incident template by clicking the New incident template button on the Templates form; edit an existing one by clicking the Edit button next to it (Hub Operations: Templates: Incident templates tab).

1 Provide details; 2 Set affected Groups & Services

3 Notifications

Enable silent notifications: Defaults to “Not set”. Select “Yes” to have immediate notifications sent to subscribers.

4 Add labels (optional)

Create labels to organize and group templates.
