Hub Operations: Templates

Templates allow you to create new incident and maintenance events efficiently; you don’t have to create them from scratch every time. For example, if you notice that one of your services has a recurrent outage every few weeks, create a template that you can use for future incident events.

New incident template: Click this button to open the Manage incident template form.

New maintenance template: Click this button to open the Manage maintenance template form.

Two sample templates are provided for your benefit: “Elevated API error rate” and “Website is down”.

Click the Edit button to open the Manage incident template form.
