Create Follow-Up incident
This form is opened by clicking the Add follow up button in the Hub Operations: Incidents: History tab. You can report an issue related to an incident that was resolved in the past. This is especially helpful when a recurrence takes place.
Visitors that open an incident from the status page (Service History section) can clearly see whether it is a follow-up; a link to the resolved incident is available.
The resolved incident includes links to related follow-ups.
