Hub Operations: Incidents
Keep subscribers informed of unexpected issues that are affecting services.
Add incident: Click the button to open the Create incident form.
Current tab
See active incidents that are currently published on the status page.
View incident: Click the button to see a summary of the incident information. Options to Update incident or delete are available in this view.
Update incident: Click the button to open the Update incident form.
Drafts tab
See draft incidents. This allows team members to prepare and review an incident before posting an update.
View draft: Click the button to see a summary of the draft information. Options to
Edit draft or delete are available in this view.
Edit draft: Click the button to open the Edit incident form.
History tab
See a list of incidents that have been resolved.
View history: Click the button to see a summary of the incident information and related updates that were created before it was resolved. Options to
Create a follow-up or delete are available in this view.
Add follow up: Click the button to open the Create Follow-Up incident form (see the Create incident form for common fields and features).
