Hub Operations: Maintenance
Keep subscribers informed of planned maintenance events that will affect specific services.
Add maintenance: Click the button to open the
Create maintenance form.
Current tab
See active maintenance events that are currently published on the status page. Subscribers may have received notifications for these too.
View maintenance: Click the button to see details of an active maintenance event and related updates. Options to Edit maintenance or delete are available in this view.
Edit maintenance: Click the button to open the Edit maintenance form.
Scheduled tab
See maintenance events that are scheduled to happen in the future. These are published on the status page under the Maintenance calendar. Subscribers may have received notifications for these too.
View maintenance: Click the button to see details of a scheduled maintenance event. Options to Edit maintenance or delete are available in this view.
Edit maintenance: Click the button to open the
Edit maintenance form.
Drafts tab
See draft versions. This allows team members to prepare and review a maintenance event before it is published.
View maintenance: Click the button to see details of a draft maintenance event and related draft updates. Options to
Edit maintenance or delete are available in this view.
Edit maintenance: Click the button to open the Edit draft form.
History tab
See a list of maintenance events that have been completed; that is, that have reached its scheduled end time.
View history: Click the button to see details of a maintenance event that has been completed and related updates that were created before it was completed. Options to Edit maintenance or delete are available in this view.
Edit maintenance: Click the button to open the Edit maintenance form.
