Make uptime metrics visible: Uptime chart
To make your uptime metrics visible on a status page, follow these steps:
- Navigate to a status hub overview.
- Open the Hub Config: Appearance form from the left navigation.
- Open the Services & Layout tab > 3 Status page sections.
- Turn on the Uptime Chart toggle and click Save settings.
An average uptime percentage is calculated based on how long services were down for (applies to the ‘Red’ state only, time spent in ‘Green’ and ‘Orange’ are not counted). This is what the uptime chart looks like:
