Add a custom domain

Please email us and we will assist with adding or editing this for you.

As part of the custom domain set up we are adding SSL for all custom domains. We use LetsEncrypt for the certs. We have some but not all of this automated so we will continue to take care of it manually for the foreseeable future.

If and when we do get it fully automated in the future we will add it back as a self service feature in the control panel.

Note

Custom domains are only available to Standard, Premium, and Enterprise accounts.

For any custom subdomains you create, such as “status.yourdomain.tld”, you need to create a matching CNAME record in your DNS records. The target for your CNAME record will be your StatusHub address. e.g. "hub-name.statushub.io"
